The project provides guidelines and specific measures aimed at enhancing the development economy. Specifically, the project includes activities in the following areas:

- Improving the competitiveness of the economy;

- Improving the business environment;

- Support for domestic producers and import substitution policy implementation;

- The development of industries that produce high-tech products, including rocket and space industry, aviation and shipbuilding;

- Structural reform in strategic sectors, including public sector of the economy, infrastructure, communication, energy, housing and construction;

- Development of export potential, including financial support for exporters and promotion of Ukrainian goods to foreign markets.
