Open lecture of the course Organizational Behavior

The lecture will be presented an overview of the course " Organizational Behavior ", including how to turn on the ability of staff and assets that you need to use incentives, as well as how to create an effective team work and how to manage the dynamics of organizational change.
The lecture will be held in English.

Professor and Dr. Thomas Byurhi (Prof. Dr. Thomas Buergi) is Dean of the Faculty of International Business (FHNW University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland), Professor of Organizational Behavior at Edinburgh Business School , Masters in International Project Management, received his PhD at the University of Basel.
