Employers' Federation Kyiv directs you to study international project of the new model settlement of labor disputes in Ukraine.

The reason for involvement of employers in this project was the collaboration of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine in 2012 with the Swedish International Development Agency SIDA «Settlement of Labor Disputes in Ukraine"

As a result, cooperation was elaborated draft of a new model of settling labor disputes in Ukraine, which, among other things, provides for a completely new division of labor disputes, depending on its content, a significant increase in the role of employers' organizations and associations at various levels in the settlement of labor disputes, the introduction of institution of labor arbitration to resolve labor disputes and participation of representatives of employers' organizations and their associations in the hearings of dealing with labor disputes as people's assessors.
