Employers' Federation Kyiv inform you that received a letter from the Minister on the development of the Law of Ukraine "On Amending the Law of Ukraine "On licensing of economic activity."

According to the developers, the bill proposes to simplify procedures for issuing permits that are issued by the central executive power.

Of the existing procedure for obtaining permits that are issued exclusively by the central executive authorities more difficult business conditions, particularly in terms of extra time and money spending on business licensing procedures, the presence of corruption risks.

The main purpose of the Law is to simplify and reduce the cost of procedures for starting a business in Ukraine by introducing a mechanism for the issuance of central authorities (the central ministry, services, inspections, located in Kyiv) permits through the state administrator in entertainment centers (centers of administrative services), established at local and regional levels.

Also, according to the developers, the introduction of such a mechanism will allow to significantly streamline and simplify the obtaining of permits that are issued, particularly at the central level.
