Employers' Federation Kyiv inform you that April 22, 2013 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a draft Labour Code (registration number 2902 of 22 April 2013, submitted A. and Stoyan n Dry YM).

The draft Labour Code is similar in content to the project number 1108, has long been discussed in Parliament and has even been adopted in the first reading. Text project number 2902 close to a draft number of corrections in 1108, prepared for the second reading.
