Employers' Federation Kyiv sends to process the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amending the Law of Ukraine" On Principles of Social Protection of the Disabled in Ukraine "(concerning the role of the state in the right of persons with disabilities to work).

The bill, designed to alleviate the burden on the employer by:

1. Giving the right standard for determining the local authorities (but not more than 4%), after consultation with employers and trade unions.

2. Determining the basis for calculating the ratio of jobs (rather than average number of employees).

3. Determining the basis for calculating the ratio of jobs with normal conditions (ie, excluding those where the results of evaluation conditions do not correspond to the normal conditions in accordance with safety classification)

4. Removal of employer liability for failure ratio if he was willing to hire the disabled, has created appropriate job and provided relevant information to the NHS and the Fund for Persons with Disabilities.
