Seminar for the food industry on microbiological criteria EU regulation 2073/2005
The Twinning project has written a guide for the food industry on the interpretation of Regulation 2073/2005: Microbiological criteria
The guide describes:
· Control of food safety hazards
· EU Microbiological criteria
· National Ukrainian microbiological criteria
· Responsibility of food business operators
· Role of government/competent authorities
· Use of EU microbiological criteria (specific pathogens in specific products, sampling and analytical methods)
· Trend analysis
We would like to invite representatives from the Ukrainian food industry to a seminar, where our Dutch expert Dr. Jan van Kooij and the Danish expert Dr. Flemming Boisen will present the guide.
