Training 'Efficient Sales' for the Members of BFK
Dear Members of Federation!
The administration of Federation will conduct the training ‘Efficient Sales’ (1st level). The participation is recommended to the front-office workers and to the sellers of all level – from agent to commercial director.
Program of training includes the following blocks:
- Establishment of the contact
- Tune in customer
- Presentation
- Types of a client
- Post-control accompaniment
The program of the training is designed for two days:
20-21st May 2011 from 10:00 till 18:00
Place of conduction: training-center of the UBG Corporation (Honcharna st., 20)
Participation is free.
