EU against Ukraine's cooperation with the Customs Union, but does not want it to interfere with the association agreement.

This was stated at a conference in the European Parliament on EU-Ukraine relations representative of the European External Action Service, David O'Sullivan, UNIAN.

He said that Ukraine should maintain good relations with all partners.

"On the other hand, we must be sure that any form of cooperation with the Customs Union does not interfere with the implementation of the Association Agreement," - said the representative of the EU.

As reported, Ukraine and Yevraziyska ECONOMIC Commission (ECE) agreed to deepen interaction.

Corresponding memorandum signed Aug. 31, 2013 in Minsku Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov i head the panel ECE Viktor Khristenko. This memorandum provides for the participation of Ukraine in the work of ECE and its structures, particularly in the Customs Union.
