Second International Forum on the electronic digital signature «PKI-FORUM Ukraine 2013
From 10 to 12 April 2013 in Kiev, at the hotel "Cossack" at st. Michael, 1/3, will be the second international forum on digital signature «PKI-FORUM Ukraine 2013".
Forum is held with the official support of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine.
The forum is the All-Ukrainian association of citizens "All-Ukrainian Association" Information Security and Information Technology. "
In 2012, the All-Ukrainian Association "Information Security and Information Technology" was the founder and successfully hosted the International Forum on the electronic digital signature "LCD-Forum of Ukraine 2012" and the International Forum on e-government «International Ukrainian E-Governance Forum».
Second International Forum on the electronic digital signature "LCD-Forum of Ukraine 2013" will include discussions in plenary sessions and round tables on topical issues of the use of digital signatures, which allows its participants to learn from the best practices implemented building reliable and secure public key infrastructure in Ukraine and the world, in particular in the following areas:
"10 years of digital signature in Ukraine: status, risks and trends of development."
"The issue of the regulator."
"Conceptual Foundations of the Law" On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On electronic digital signature".
"Legal responsibility in the field of digital signature."
"International practice of the LCD. Experience in the construction of a common space of trust. "
"Starting in Ukraine a system for identifying signers: the need that there is."
"Practical aspects of digital signatures in e-government systems."
"Integration of public key infrastructure in innovative IT solutions: the race between service and safety."
"The problems of information security in public key infrastructure."

Forum organizers aim to continue the discussions, exchange of ideas and experiences among experts, representatives of state authorities, as well as establishing new business relationships between business organizations and enterprises. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about innovative solutions and achievements in the field of the digital signature, the way to solve the current problems related to the peculiarities of the legal and technical regulations.
