Regarding changes in the codification of economic activities
Employers' Federation Kyiv reports that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding changes codification of economic activity" (№ 1246 from 11.01.2013) (attached).
Tax Code of Ukraine in determining the features of the taxation of certain activities contains dozens of links to NACE. And most of these references refers to CTEA DK 009:2005, which from 1 January 2013 repealed. Thus, the new CTEA DK 009:2010 has changed the classification of most of the activities in connection with what is necessary amendments to the Tax Code.
