Employers' Federation Kyiv inform you that the letter came from the Ministry of Economic Development on the elaboration of the draft Law of Ukraine "On Internal Trade", which defines the legal and institutional framework for economic activities in the field of internal trade in Ukraine and regulates relations arising in the course of trade and production trading activities.

 

This bill is designed to implement point 10, paragraph 9, an extract from the protocol number 2 meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.01.2013.

 

According to the results of the meeting in the Ministry of Economic Development, the 22.01.2013, which were expressed different positions business associations on the bill, decided to revise the bill (a new version is added).

 

Given that this bill is a priority, and deadlines set out on behalf of Ministers a draft law to the Government, please define its position and provide suggestions on the draft law on e-mail: benzler@ubg.ua
