As of the goods under the customs regime

Employers' Federation sends for processing by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "Some issues ensuring compliance with the conditions of the goods under the customs regime of processing in the customs territory and placing restrictions on certain goods in this customs regime" (attached).

 

The draft resolution envisages restrictions and prohibitions in processing goods in the customs territory of Ukraine as provided for by paragraph 3 of Article 148 of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
